It is not often you come across service far in excess of expectation and, without doubt, beyond the call of duty. However, the service I have received from Julia Lilley of York Estates is one such clear and shining example of greatly exceeding customer expectations.
I have been seeking to purchase a flat in West London for over 6 months and more than often been met with over promising and under delivering estate agents. Having settled on a flat which met my specification, I started on the long and, on occasions, tortuous path to agree and complete a deal. The situation was made more complex by the fact that the vendor lived in Australia and there were degrees of difficulty in dealing with all the other parties.
However, Julia remained absolutely resolute in her determination to drive the process forward and exceptional in her ability to do so in a positive and engaging manner. Her consistent and constructive approach was exceptional and irrespective of the time of day or night. Not only did she chase both sets of solicitors, but she remained in constant touch with the vendor and always sought every way in which to keep the deal on track. Despite the challenges she remained positive enthusiastic throughout. She has been truly exceptional. Without her determination and ability I am sure this deal would never have reached the point of completion.
